🎉Math Mania Sparks Excitement During STEAM Week!🔢

During this year’s STEAM Week, our 4th and 5th grade students dove into the world of numbers with enthusiasm and energy in the Math Mania competition! This exciting event was coordinated by our amazing Information Specialist, Ms. Jennifer Rupel, and our brilliant Math Specialist, Ms. Shawan Smalls.

Using the interactive platform Kahoot!, math questions were transformed into a fun and fast-paced game that had students thinking quickly and working hard. With the support of their dedicated teachers, who monitored the activity and kept track of scores, students showed off their math skills in a friendly and competitive environment.

The first round ended in a thrilling four-way tie, leading to an intense Math-Off to determine the final winners. After a nail-biting finish, the top three math whizzes were crowned and celebrated for their sharp thinking and quick responses.

Thanks to the generous support of our PTO, the winners received Barnes & Noble gift cards as a reward for their hard work and achievement.
