Celebrating Ruby Bridges

Recently, students at Stowers ES celebrated the bravery of Ruby Bridges with a parade throughout the school grounds. The event featured colorful banners and posters created by students honoring Ruby who was six years old when she integrated William Frantz Elementary School in New Orleans in 1960.
